Who is Dencowear?

Dencowear began as a small family business in 1966 and has since grown into a successful manufacturer and supplier of work wear. We are a leading manufacturer of healthcare and beauty workwear in the UK and worldwide.

MyDencowear is our online ordering system which is tailored to each of our customers to make the ordering process as simple and hassle free as possible.

I've forgotten my username/password.

No problem - please email customerservices@dencowear.co.uk or call us on 0113 237 9010 - we will be happy to help.

I want to add/delete/amend an item.

No problem - call or email our customer services team and we can do this for you.

Can you have the option of multiple delivery addresses?

Yes, that is no problem. Email our Customer Services team with the delivery addresses you require and we can add these for you.

How do I return items for a refund?

Please complete the returns form on the back of the delivery note. All instructions are on this form.

When is a refund not possible?

- If you return your items to us later than 10 days from receiving your order
- If your items are embroidered/personalised
- If your items are dirty or damaged from personal use
- If your items have been altered by yourself or worn
